Dear ICS Community, Greetings. As we approach the last few days of the first semester, I wanted to begin by thanking God for his mercies in allowing us to meet face to face with our students in our classrooms. It has truly been a gift to be able to be with your children throughout this entire semester. Though it has been a challenge for all involved to work through the government protocols that have been put in place. I am very hopeful that some of those measures will be eased in the new year. Although we don't know all of the changes that will take place in the future, we have received a new update from the Council for Private Education (CPE) that we need to share with you. This update is about the protocols around the use of the TraceTogether App and TraceTogether tokens for entry onto our campus in the second semester. Please read the following carefully: - Until TraceTogether-only SafeEntry (ToS) is mandated (date to be confirmed by the MTF), international schools must still be able to check in all visitors (including students and staff) with TT tokens with immediate effect, on top of existing check-in modes.
- When ToS is subsequently mandated, entry to international school premises by all visitors (including students and staff) will be allowed only if the individual uses their TT App to scan the center's QR code or presents the QR code on the TT token to be scanned.
What does this mean for families? You will need to adhere to the following guidelines: |
