The high school years are an exciting chapter marked by both academic and personal growth. In the High School, we are dedicated to guiding students through this journey with rigorous academics, various extracurricular activities, and a strong sense of community. We prepare students for the next step in their educational journey—university—by encouraging them to embrace new experiences, create meaningful relationships, and build resilience. Our aim is to develop servant-hearted leaders who are rooted in Christ and equipped as critical thinkers, ready to use their unique gifts to make a positive impact in the world. Student Records are available for request. Please read the following information carefully to make your request.

Current students, please note that your student records are available on the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

Former students (and their parents) may request student records through the Student Records Request Form.

We offer the following documents in digital and printed paper form:

Report Cards
Academic Calendars
NWEA MAP Test Scores (Kindergarten through Grade 8 students ONLY)
Student Certificate of Enrollment (for other schools, embassies, etc.)
Student Certificate of Enrollment (for Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) application)
Official Transcripts (High School Grades 9-12 ONLY)
Official Diploma (High School Graduates ONLY)

Student Records are available in 2 formats, digital and color printed copies:

Digital copies (stamped and signed) of student records are FREE of charge.
Color Printed Copies (stamped and signed) the cost is $25.00 dollars per set of documents, per child. *Payment options for color printed copies will be provided in your confirmation email.

After you submit the form:

We will contact you to confirm the documents needed and inform you of any fees.
The documents will be provided to you within two weeks of confirming your request.
Ensure that there are no outstanding payments due on the student’s account. Documents will not be released unless the student’s account has been cleared.
