Please complete the online Student Records/Transcript Request form to submit your request. After you submit the form, we will contact you to confirm the documents needed and inform you of any fees. (Refer to the form for fee information.) The documents will be provided to you within two weeks of confirming your request.
Ensure that there are no outstanding payments due on the student’s account. Documents will not be released unless the student’s account has been cleared.

Official high school transcript requests can alternatively be made through Parchment, an online delivery service that provides official electronic transcripts quickly and securely.
