Dr. James P. Rader
Dr. James P. Rader is a longtime educator with over 35 years experience in international schools and universities in Korea and the United States. Most recently, Dr. Rader served as the Secondary School Principal at Gyeonggi Suwon International School in Suwon, Korea. Currently, Dr. Rader serves as the director of ICS and holds a B.S., M.S., M.Ed., and Ed.D. in Educational Leadership.
Mr. Lance Kershner
Elementary School Principal
Mr. Lance Kershner arrives at ICS with over 21 years of educational experience in countries all over the world. From an elementary classroom teacher to teaching Spanish to serving most recently as an Elementary School Principal at the Metropolitan School in Cairo, Egypt. Mr. Kershner holds a B.S. in Early Childhood Education, a Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera, and an M.S. in Multidisciplinary Studies (Education).
Mr. Darryl Harding
Middle & High School Principal
Ms. Kara Stucky
Director of Teaching and Learning
Ms. Kara Stucky has over 14 years experience as an educator and has been teaching at ICS for 10+ years. Ms. Stucky has taught middle and high school math, design technology, as well as worked as a math and technology coach. She currently leads the curriculum department at ICS and holds a B.A. and M.S. in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Digital Teaching and Learning.
