How to Apply
Join the ICS Family!
ICS is excited about your interest in joining our caring community here in Singapore. We are currently accepting applications for the 2020-2021 school year. These steps will help guide you through our application process.
Step
01
Schedule a Visit
Discover whether ICS is the right fit for your child by visiting our school virtually and consulting with our friendly and helpful Admissions team.
Step
02
Determine Eligibility
Find out if you are eligible to join the ICS family.
Step
03
Schedule your English Language Proficiency Assessment
If English is not your child’s native language, please contact our Admissions team directly. If necessary, we will schedule a time to assess your child’s English language proficiency.
Step
04
Gather Documents
Make sure you have all the required documents ready for your child’s application. Scan and save each document in preparation for upload.
Step
05
Complete Online Application*
*Submitting an application to ICS does not constitute acceptance of your child.
**With the formation of the Committee for Private Education (CPE), ICS and all other international schools must have a valid contract between ICS and the student. The submission of a CPE contract and Form 12 are now required documents for a complete application.
Step
06
Take Academic Assessment
Our Admissions team will contact you directly to schedule your child’s academic assessments after you have submitted your application.
Step
07
Application Review
Your child’s application will first be reviewed for completeness. Any missing or incorrect documentation will result in a delay. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for the review process. ICS’s Admission team will contact your family if further information is needed.
Step
08
Acceptance or Wait Pool
Acceptance for the upcoming school will be offered starting in mid-March for the upcoming school year and continue on a rolling basis dependent on space availability. For applicants placed in the wait pool, the admissions process stops until space is available.
