• Recent photo of student (passport type)
• Copy of prospective student's passport
• Copy of father's passport
• Copy of mother's passport
• Proof of immigration status (Dependent Pass, Exemption Order or Diplomatic Pass, Proof of Permanent Resident Status, or Singapore Birth Certificate)
• Current year's school transcripts, report cards, or records (translated into English)
• Previous two years' school transcripts, report cards, or records (translated into English)
• Any reports regarding educational concerns (including teacher or principal reports, IEPs, 504 plans, accommodations, or modified learning plans)
• Any reports regarding behavioral concerns (including behavioral plans and counseling or psychological testing)
• Copy of student's immunization cards or records (translated into English)

Please complete the Pre-Course Counseling Checklist before proceeding with the rest of the application.

• Physicians Examination Form (to be completed by a general physician or family doctor)
• Letter of Recommendation for Grades 1-5 (only if applying to Grades 1 to 5)
• Letter of Recommendation for Grades 6-12 (only if applying to Grades 6 to 12)

All students in Grades 1 through 12 are required to take computer-based academic assessments as part of their admissions process. Math and reading will be assessed. Academic assessments are held on campus and can be scheduled via email.

For students applying to Grades 9 through 12, an additional writing assessment is required.

Academic assessments help our Admissions Team understand your child’s current content knowledge. Since students are joining our school from various countries and educational systems around the world, the academic assessment is used as one part of our holistic process for determining your child’s most successful grade placement. If there are concerns that you child is not prepared for the grade they are applying for at International Community School (Singapore), our Admissions Team will contact you.
