On February 11-13, the ICS Model UN Club joined six other international schools in Singapore in attending the virtual Stamford American International School Model UN Conference 2022. The eleven ICS high schoolers went as delegates of Afghanistan and Venezuela, and debated on a wide range of topics including LGBTQ+ rights for refugees and criminal justice system reform.

On February 8, 2022, the Annual Report for the 2020-21 school year for International Community School (Singapore) was officially published. Compared to previous years, this report goes into greater detail with regard to division-specific elements—program highlights, student demographics, and service learning efforts.

The International Christian Educator Conference (ICEC) Asia 2021 took place November 25-26. Several ICS faculty and staff—Karla Cienfuegos (G1), Suzy Maben (MS/HS Social Studies), and Jeff Wood (Athletics Director)—were chosen to design and present workshops at the event, centered on the conference's theme of "Every Good and Perfect Gift—Leaning Into Change."

Seven Elementary and Middle School students from ICS attended a virtual Global Youth Leaders Summit to exchange ideas on pressing world matters. The summit was hosted by the Harmony Tree World Debate Society and led by representatives from the Aspen Institute. On the docket were insights and pedagogy from industry experts, case studies, and roundtable discussions.

The inaugural Singapore Education Awards concluded on the 5th of October. After three months of nominating, voting, and judging, International Community School (Singapore) won Silver in the "School Where Everybody Knows Your Name" category.
