Mr. Harding will discuss the differences between the Advanced Placement (AP) and the International Baccalaureate programs and Mr. Laug will share with you what the next steps are for our middle and high school students!

Mr. Darryl Harding
Middle & High School Principal
Mr. Darryl Harding is an experienced educator with invaluable experience in teaching roles as well as leadership roles within the education industry, including his most recent role as a Middle Years Programme Coordinator at IGB International School in Malaysia as well as his roles with accreditation at International Baccalaureate and the Western Association of Schools & Colleges. Mr. Harding holds a B.S., M.A., M.Ed. and a Graduate Diploma in Educational Leadership.
Mr. Eric Laug
Mr. Eric Laug has over 10 years experience working with youth in counseling and coaching roles, including a previous role as Chaplain at ICS. He comes to ICS with a passion for student leadership and development as well as coaching students in decisions about their future. Mr. Laug has a B.A. and M.A in Counseling.
Dr. James P. Rader
Dr. James P. Rader is a longtime educator with over 35 years experience in international schools and universities in Korea and the United States. Most recently, Dr. Rader served as the Secondary School Principal at Gyeonggi Suwon International School in Suwon, Korea. Currently, Dr. Rader serves as the director of ICS and holds a B.S., M.S., M.Ed., and Ed.D. in Educational Leadership.
Ms. Kara Stucky
Director of Teaching and Learning
Ms. Kara Stucky has over 14 years experience as an educator and has been teaching at ICS for 10+ years. Ms. Stucky has taught middle and high school math, design technology, as well as worked as a math and technology coach. She currently leads the curriculum department at ICS and holds a B.A. and M.S. in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Digital Teaching and Learning.
