New Student Fees
Application Fee
2025 - 2026
S$2,000 (inclusive of GST)
This application fee shall be paid to International Community School (Singapore) Ltd at the time that the application is submitted for consideration of enrollment by the Admissions Department.
- This fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
- The application fee is only valid for the school year of application and cannot be transferred to a subsequent school year.
- If you withdraw your student from the waitlist, you will not receive a refund.
2026 - 2027
S$600 (inclusive of GST)

Enrollment Fee

The Enrollment Fee is required of all new students to guarantee enrollment for the school year. This fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be paid upon signing the Student Contract, prior to the issuance of an Official Acceptance Letter.
A S$500 discount is available on the enrollment fee for the 3rd and subsequent children.

The Enrollment Fee is required of all new students to guarantee enrollment for the school year. This fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be paid upon signing the Student Contract, prior to the issuance of an Official Acceptance Letter.

ICS strives to reduce expenses in order to provide our customers with the best possible value. Administrative Fees represent a genuine estimate of the cost that ICS is likely to incur in the event of late payment. Charging this fee ensures this added cost is not passed on to other parents through tuition increases.
An Administrative Fee of $350 will be imposed on Tuition and/or Additional Fees that are received after the due date stated on any invoice. For returning students this is July 15. For new students this is within 30 days of invoicing or the first day of class, whichever comes first. For those approved for the Installment Program by Semester, the due date for the Semester 2 installment is November 30.
An additional Administrative Fee of 5% will be added to payments overdue by more than 30 days.

The re-enrollment fee is an annual fee paid by all students as a means of securing their place at International Community School (Singapore) for the following year. Current students are offered an opportunity to re-enroll and reserve their space in class by paying the re-enrollment fee each year. After the re-enrollment period ends, students must pay the enrollment fee to secure a space for the following school year.

Through tailored support and differentiated instruction we empower each student to achieve their academic goals. Students are invoiced according to the level they are assigned upon enrollment to the program, and re-invoiced if they are re-assigned to a higher level of support within the academic year.
If a student is reassigned to a higher level of support during the year, an updated invoice will be immediately issued, reflecting the higher annual Enrollment Fee for that level. If a student transitions to a lower level of support beginning on the 1st day of semester 2, the difference in the Enrollment Fee (actual amount charged less the Enrollment Fee for the lower LS) will be credited towards the following school year's Tuition Fee. The difference in fees remains non-refundable and may only be credited to the semester 1 Tuition Fee for the 2026-27 academic year.

The ELL Support Enrollment Fee is determined by the level of support a student requires upon entry into the program, and reflects the value of the language outcomes achieved—not the time spent in any specific ELL level. All students aim to acquire essential language skills and this pricing structure reflects the specialized resources and expertise dedicated to helping them achieve meaningful language development based on their starting point.
If a student is reassigned to a higher level of support during the year, an updated invoice will be immediately issued, reflecting the higher annual Enrollment Fee for that level. If a student transitions to a lower level of support beginning on the 1st day of semester 2, the difference in the Enrollment Fee (actual amount charged less the Enrollment Fee for the lower ELL) will be credited towards the following school year's Tuition Fee. Sibling Discount
2025 - 2026
Sibling discounts will be applied to the Tuition Fee for the 2nd and subsequent children, in descending order based on grade level, who are enrolled concurrently.
2nd sibling – 2%
3rd sibling – 10%
4th and subsequent siblings – 15%
The discount is not applicable to families under the financial assistance scheme/program.

Financial Assistance
In line with our core values and our commitment to teaching within a Christian framework, we offer tuition assistance to children of full-time missionaries, pastors, and vocational Christian workers.
To be considered, complete the Financial Assistance Application and submit it along with an official compensation statement and a letter from your mission or church organization. All documents must be submitted by March 15 of every year.
As outlined in the application, we require a minimum of five service hours for every 10% tuition discount awarded.
