Registration Fee Discount for Returning Students
The registration fee will be reduced to S$750.00 for returning students if paid by March 15th.  Returning students who do not pay fees by March 15th will be charged the regular non-refundable registration fee of S$1200.00.
New Students Enrolling for the 2008-2009 School Year
A S$1200.00 registration fee is due at the time of application submission. A non-refundable ESL Entrance Exam Fee of S$80.00 (inclusive of GST) will be charged to all incoming ESL students.
Late Enrollment

Payments

Checks must be crossed and made payable to “International Community School (Singapore) Ltd.”

Tuition fees are due on the first day of each semester: the first semester begins August 11, 2008 and the second semester begins January 12, 2009.  Any parent or organization that has a financial need and wishes to be considered for an installment payment schedule must complete an installment payment agreement before the beginning of the semester. (Forms are available from the ICS Business Office).

Note: Accounts with an unpaid balance at the end of a semester are subject to a 10% late charge on the remaining balance.

Refund / Withdrawal Policy

Due to the academic and financial planning necessary to operate our school, school fees will only be refunded in full if the request is made 2 weeks prior to the first day of the relevant semester. No refunds of fees will be given upon the withdrawal of a student to attend another school in Singapore. If for some reason ICS cannot accept an applicant after the fees have been paid, all fees will be refunded in full.

Withdrawal from ICS for any reason must be transacted through the school office by the parent or guardian.  A withdrawal form is to be completed, providing the school with forwarding contact information.  All money owed the school must be paid before records can be released.  A fourteen-day minimum notice should be given prior to the withdrawal of any student.  If withdrawal from ICS occurs prior to the 40th day of the semester, school fees may be refunded according to the number of school days attended that semester, upon request to the ICS Busincess Office.  Refunds will be granted as follows:

  • 1 - 20 days attended - 50% refund
  • 21 - 39 days attended - 25% refund
  • 40+ days attended - no refund
