A Message to ICS Families
Dear ICS families,
Thank you for your continued support of ICS. An additional way that you can help is by asking your employer to consider joining us on this journey. Most companies in Singapore, especially multinationals, allocate funds to invest back into the community. We have found that when companies learn about ICS, they want to support us. They realize that their support helps us to continue to provide quality, affordable education to expat families. They also come to realize that because ICS students are involved in the community, an investment in ICS is an investment in the local community.
To help further incent companies, we have established a program to recognize companies who support us. Depending upon the level of support, companies will be recognized at community events and in our publications. Not only is this a way for ICS to say "thank you" but it also helps your employer demonstrate their involvement in in the community.
We are asking that the all ICS families take the following steps with your employer:
Identify the contact in your company who makes decisions about corporate gifts to the community. This individual may be a senior executive, in public relations, in marketing, or another department. Each company is different.
Once you have identified that contact point, present the ICS annual funds information to them and ask them to consider a contribution. Resources (letters and other materials) are available on this website to assist you. You can also contact the office for copies of annual funds materials. We are happy to have members of the ICS leadership team join you on these visits. Contact the directors office if you would like to schedule a time for one of our leaders to join you on a visit.
After you have made the contact please inform the school so that we can provide any additional information that is required. You can do this in two ways:
- Use this link to provide the information through an online form
- Email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call the office and provide your name, name of your company, name and contact information for the individual you spoke with, any additional information that may help us with follow up.
Please be assured that we will handle these contacts confidently and tactfully. Our objective is to inform, not to plead. We want to make companies aware of ICS so that they can make informed decisions about whether they would like to support ICS.
