Having trouble completing an order online?

  1. The page looks all jumbled up. Your browser might be causing the page to render incorrectly. A browser is the program you use to access the internet, such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome, Opera, AOL, etc. Depending on the version and browser you’re using, it might be outdated. Try downloading the most recent version of your browser and installing it. For best results, we recommend using Firefox, Chrome, or Safari.
  2. I am unable to log in. There are two reasons for this. First, make sure you have registered and clicked the confirmation link in your e-mail. After clicking the link, make sure that you received a confirmation message to your account activation. Second, check to make sure that cookies are enabled on your browser. Depending on your browser, there are different steps required to enable them. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera.
  3. Do I have to pay online? In short, no. You just have to order online. We still accept cash and checks made payable to International Community School (Singapore) Ltd. Our online payment is merely there for your convenience. In the future, we may move entirely online, but for now we’re still accepting both payment options.
