Step 1.

Read through the menu selection each day – our menu runs on a two-week rotation – and once you decide on an option, select it in the drop-down menu and click Add To Cart. Your selection will appear in your cart in the top-left of your screen. You do not need to select a meal for each day – only for days when you would like your student’s meal to be provided by ICS.

Step 2.

Once you have added the lunches you would like to order for the given dates to your cart, click the Go To Checkout button.

Step 3.

Review the items you have added to your cart and make any necessary changes. Fill out the form with the required information and choose your payment method.

Step 4.

Once your form is complete click Make Purchase. If you selected to pay with cash or check, your order will be processed and we ask that you please send the money to your child’s teacher. We will notify you once payment has been confirmed. If you chose to pay online, you will be directed to PayPal, a very safe and secure way to handle online transactions. You are not required to set up an account in order to make a payment – just simply fill out the appropriate billing information.

Step 5.

After you have entered your payment information and confirmed your order with PayPal, you will be directed back to the ICS Lunch Order site where you must click Make Payment. For your order to go through, you must click “Make Payment.” If your transaction was a success, you will have the option to print out an order confirmation and receipt.
