Administration
Director
Dr. Joe Beeson entered the ministry of Christian education shortly after Bible college. He holds degrees from Arlington Baptist College, Bob Jones University, and Oklahoma State University. Before coming to Singapore, he served with the largest non-denominational Christian school in the United States. He has shared in workshops around the world including Budapest, Hungary; Kiev, Ukraine; and Russia. He has worked with the Ohio Department of Education as a consultant and exam reviewer. He served on the committee to help rewrite the standards for all Ohio schools. His elementary school in Ohio was one of sixteen schools in the US chosen to participate in the "Basic School Project" funded by the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching. He comments, "My desire is for education to be the tool that helps bring students to a fuller understanding of God and His love for them. Each student should come to know that he or she is a person for whom God gave the ultimate gift - His only Son."
High School Principal
Mr. Matt Eiler has been at ICS for several years teaching high school science. He has seen ICS grow from a small school of slightly more than 100 to its current size. Throughout those years, Mr. Eiler has worked as senior class sponsor, teacher, and interim principal in the absence of Dr. Beeson. He has a unique perspective on the mission of ICS, and is often chosen by our students as a "favorite teacher."

Gretchen Schlie has worked with NICS for eight years and is starting her sixth year as an elementary principal. She looks forward to the ministry that God has called her to at ICS Singapore and waits in anticipation to see the awesome things HE will do. She believes that God has called you, as parents, first and foremost to the ministry of raising your children. Your children are your first priority and we at ICS have been given the privilege of coming alongside you in helping to educate your child in a godly and academic excellent environment. We cannot do our job without your support! She prays that we will work together to fulfill the mandate that God has given each of us and in doing so, experience HIS joy and goodness through serving our children. What an awesome God we serve! Curriculum Coordinator
School Counselor
Mr. Sam Fleischmann and his wife Noelle came to ICS from the states of Oregon and Alaska in the US, as new college graduates. After beginning his career teaching high school social studies at ICS, he pursued and completed a Masters degree in counselling. In 2007, Mr. Fleischmann assumed the role of school counselor. In this role, he helps students plan for college as well as learn study skills needed to succeed in school. He also works closely with parents to assure that consistent, Biblical advice is given to our students.
Business Manager
Mr. John Kennedy came to ICS after 26 years in the corporate and small business world. His extensive background in finance, facilities, technology, operations, marketing, and consulting has prepared him for his current position at ICS. In his position he oversees the overall operation of the business office including the school facilities, office operations, financial affairs, government relations and marketing. He holds a degree from Judson University and did graduate studies at DePaul University. He & his wife Margie along with their two teenage children moved to Singapore from the United States in 2008. He believes God has created ICS for such a time as this and has a special purpose and mission for our community.
