New Student
Application Fee (S$3,000)
An application fee of S$2,800 and an administration fee of S$200 shall be paid to International Community School (ICS) at the time that the application is submitted for consideration of enrollment by the Admissions Department. Upon acceptance for enrollment to ICS, the application and administration fees will be applied, in full, toward the tuition fees. The S$200.00 administration fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
Registration Fee (S$1,200)
The registration fee of S$1,200 applies to all students once they are admitted and is payable in the first semester of attendance in addition to the tuition fees.
English Language Assessment (S$80)
An English language assessment shall be required by those students who are not native English speakers or have not completed a significant part of their educational learning in an English language setting. The S$80 assessment fee is not refundable under any circumstances.

Payments
Tuition fees are due on 1 August for the first semester and 1 January for the second semester. Cheques should be crossed and made payable to "International Community School (S) Ltd." Accounts with an unpaid balance at the end of a semester are subject to a 10% late charge on remaining balance. Students with unpaid balances at the beginning of the upcoming semester will not be allowed to start classes.
Refund of Fees
No refund of school fees shall be granted except in the case where admission is not granted by ICS for educational program reasons not related to waitlists.
Financial Assistance
A financial assistance program is available for missionaries, vocational Christian workers and families who demonstrate a financial need. The application for financial assistance may be picked up from the business office. Consideration of these requests will be based on available funding and demonstration of need. Financial assistance is granted year-by-year; therefore, a new application must be submitted by 1 March.
